Restaurants

Falkirk has lots of tasty places to eat, somewhere to make everyone happy!

  • Sumo ; A small Japanese and sushi restaurant with fresh food from noodles of all shapes and sizes to big bowls of ramen. Sitting on long wooden benches completes your experience. Fancy using chopsitcks - http://www.cotton-house.co.uk/sumo/

  • Behind The Wall ; A relaxed restaurant with an extensive menu to choose from. The sticky prawns are especially good but if your not a fish lover there are other choices such as fajitas, between the sheets and steaks. Choose from frozen magarita to wash it down or some Eglesbrech Ale. Want to be well fed and watered - http://www.behindthewall.co.uk/index.html

  • La Banca ; A taste of Spain ; a large restaurant with spanish tapas dishes to choose from. With the options of choosing the dishes you want or from selections made up for you, how could you go wrong? Dishes include Perchunga de Pato Ahumado (smoked duck breast with chilli and orange dressing) and Pollo al Ajillo (Pan-fried chicken breast, sauteed with garlic, spices and white wine) trust me the list goes on! Hola Hola Hola - http://www.labancatapas.co.uk/

  • Pierre's ; For a fine dining evening. A quaint restaurant for a special occasion, with a  menu that will make your mouth water,Pan seared Gressingham duck breast with buttered mash and savoy cabbage. Need a french twist - http://www.pierresinfalkirk.com/index.html

  • The Wheel House - A meal with an amazing view, settled next to the Falkirk Wheel with friendly staff no matter if your going in for a drink or a meal. the menu is varied and food is cooked to a high standard. To send your tastebuds rounds - http://wheelhousefalkirk.com/Index.html

These are just a few of my favourite places to eat, if you want to know about anywhere else - just ask! You can add a comment by clicking on 'comments' below.
