Lets Get In Shape

Not everyone loves exercise but there is a variety to choose from, to fit in with your busy schedule.
  • Ship Shape – Falkirk’s oldest gym, on West Bridge Street
  • Bannatynes – With state of the art equipment including swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna , situated in the retail park next to Cineworld.
  • Grangemouth Sports Complex – Classes in fitness and also in the pool, for a timetable see Falkirk Council website. Abbots Road Grangemouth
  • Mariner Centre – Has a good pool with shutes and waves for the kids, also does aqua classes which you can find on the Falkirk Council website. Glasgow Road, Camelon.
  • FKone Fitness – Ladies own gym with exercise machines and classes including spinning and step and tone. East Bridge Street.
  • Schools – Most of the high schools in Falkirk have recently been rebuilt and are open to the community. Classes can range from aerobics to zumba, you’ll have to check with the school nearest to you for times and availability.

Enjoy your workout and let me know about classes you'd recommend to others.
